A Christmas Open Day

Join us on Saturday 13th December for our Fintry Trust Christmas Open Day.

Our doors will be open from 10am to 4 pm, offering you a chance to enjoy the house and grounds in all their winter beauty.

Meet and mingle with some of the people who work at Fintry, or who visit regularly. And have a chance to talk with some of our Health and Well-Being tutors. Perhaps get advice on your own practice and find out about what courses and classes are available in this area.

Drop in for coffee and cake, or else bring a packed lunch and stay for a while.

Click here for the programme, which includes an introduction to the Trust, a short tour of the house, and free taster sessions in yoga, qigong and mediation with local practitioners Joanna Al-Zuhairi, Kurt Rowe and John Hughes.

In the spirit of the day, the Chinese classic The History of Great Light will be given as a gift.
