How to Live
Mark the arrival of Spring with this fun, exploratory and creative exercise in discovering how you personally would like to live.
The Studio at Fintry
New year and a new start, guided by experienced and empathetic facilitator Kurt Rowe, and in the surroundings of our beautiful retreat house.
This workshop day is designed, through a series of interactive experiences and assuming a variety of learning styles, to enable participants to discern which ‘Life Palette’ serves them best at this current point in their life.
The course will offer three ‘patterns’ to live by, with bespoke opportunities:- it will offer a ‘Tasting Menu’, drawing on a wide range of subjects and disciplines.
The work will include several Self-Audits and Maps, some light body work, energy practice and breathwork, in addition to a plethora of intrapersonal exercises.
By the end of the experience, you should feel a greater sense of clarity, surety and inspiration about the life that is yours to live.
Fee:
£35.00 (all proceeds donated to the Fintry Trust)
