Plotinus: Philosopher & Mystic with Julie Parker (5 Session Course)

Although less well-known than either Plato or Aristotle, Plotinus has nevertheless been ranked alongside them as one of the three great masters of classical Western philosophy.

Plotinus’ philosophy marked a distinctive and original stage of development, now termed ‘Neoplatonism’. It is a philosophy which right up to the present day has been a powerful guide and inspiration to those who followed after him.

This 5-session course will consider the life and thought of Plotinus, and exploring the fundamental principles upon which his philosophy was founded.
