Session 2: Self-Compassion
In this session we will practice Self-Compassion meditations. We will discover the importance of freeing ourselves from negative self-beliefs, and of learning to love ourselves. You will be introduced to the healing RAIN meditation of Self-Compassion (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture).
This session is part of a 4-session Mindfulness & Compassion Programme which will focus specifically on compassion practices. Some prior understanding and experience of mindfulness is helpful but not a prerequisite.
The sessions are led by qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachers Jean-Paul and Sally Jeanrenaud. Jean-Paul and Sally are registered with Yoga Alliance UK, and follow the UK Good Practice Guidelines for teaching Mindfulness-based courses.
Sessions can be booked individually at £10 each, with an Under-35s discount at £5.
