Too early to be thinking about winter?
Nevertheless, join us for this informal session exploring various symptoms which we experience as we head into the dark days of the year.
Frances Eley will present a selection of tried and tested ways of maximising self-care until the return of Spring. There will be lots of opportunity to share tips for tackling what can be a tricky time for many.

Frances Eley is a Lecturer in Classics with the Open University. She has a wide-range of interests and specialisms, including a long-standing and whole-hearted engagement with the myths and mysteries belonging to various cultures: Greek, Celtic and Hindu.
