As humankind and as a planet, we are currently facing tremendous challenges. What might a better world look like? A better world is one where Happiness of all people and Wellbeing of all life forms is the ultimate goal of development. Why? Because all beings want to be happy, and no one wants to suffer. In order to reach this goal, we need to create a conducive social environment, and cultivate inner “Happiness Skills”. This what we will explore in this talk
