Fintry Retreat House is set within its own beautiful and extensive grounds overlooking the Surrey Hills. The atmosphere of the house and grounds has been carefully maintained for over 70 years in order to promote philosophical and spiritual development. It allows for a retreat from the world, while fostering an understated and simple philosophic mode of life, and those who visit Fintry recognise its unique atmosphere and its capacity to support those who wish to experience something of the real spiritual life.

The Studio
A beautiful newly developed, self-contained teaching/meditation space. Perfect for small group activity and fully equipped for restorative yoga classes.
The Lounge
An attractive room within the house suitable for meetings, larger discussion groups or classes.
The Quiet Room
A small courtyard room suitable for discussion groups, one-to-one counselling or private study. Attractive ‘stained-glass’ windows create a unique atmosphere.
I feel so nourished by the incredible foods. Much home grown and all home made. Thank you.
We all felt very well looked after and everyone had a wonderful weekend in the beautiful house and gardens of Fintry. The cooking was delicious and so obviously made with care.
