Building Body Intelligence Classes

Monday: 9am-10am

Friday: 9.30am-10.30am

Classes are held in the Studio at Fintry

Building Body Intelligence for self-healing physically, mentally and emotionally helps us to feel safe in our body and life.

In this session we inquire through movement, the Physics of Flow: A combination of sensory and kinaesthetic skills development to improve the energetic flow and functional relationship of body part to body part, and body part to the whole. Starting with exploring the neck, shoulder and spine complex, we slowly build our understanding of how it relates to the rest of the body and of course as a whole-person event.

Building Body Intelligence enables you to access the vibrational forces available to you, clearing out accumulated tension patterns and integrating a new sense of self in relation to your new somatic shape. Led by Sally Carmichael, each class may employ Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Franklin Method, TRE, Aston-Patterning, Meditation and Polarity Therapy. While mats are provided you are welcome to bring your own.
