Help inspire others!

Share your stories of resilience and renewal.

Sharing your stories creates deeper connections with each other and inspires us to work together for resilience and renewal.

It can be intense being stuck at home during a pandemic – perhaps you, or your loved ones, have been directly affected by the virus. One thing is certain, life as we knew it has changed forever.

But it is also a period of great opportunity and rebirth. For many, the lock-down has created a sacred time and space, providing a pause to rediscover a connection with our deeper selves, with nature, and with others.

Practices which cultivate resilience and renewal on the inside, are closely related to the changes and regeneration we want to see on the outside. As Thich Nhat Hanh puts it: “The only way out is in”.

How has the pandemic affected you? And what hopes do you have for the future? We’d love to hear your stories and insights, and share them through The Fintry Trust social media, to help inspire others. For example:

  • Have you discovered a new spiritual practice or routine that has helped you?
  • Are you thinking differently about what’s important in your life?
  • Have you felt gratitude for things you used to take for granted?
  • What ideas or practices would you like to take forward into the future?
  • What changes would like to see in the world as we build-back-better in the recovery period?

Tao Te Chin
Chapter 47

Without going outside, you may know the whole world.
Without looking through the window, you may see the ways of heaven.
The farther you go, the less you know.

Thus the sage knows without travelling;
He sees without looking;
He works without doing.
