Event Online Bookings  
Cancellation/Refund policy: If we are obliged for any reason to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.  If you are unable to attend the event for which you have paid in advance, a refund will be issued (minus a £5 administration fee) only on condition that at least 5 working days’ notice is given.  

Book Sales 
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform the Manager in writing within 5 days of receiving it. The Manager’s decision is final.
